HR Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

The HR Specialist is responsible for providing human resource support and guidance for employees.  This position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day employee operations such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits communication, and administrative support.

Requirements:

A successful candidate is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.  The applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, handle confidential information in a professional manner, and support the Guiding Principles of Cross.  

Desired Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in business administration or relevant field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
