Cross is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Hays or Lewis location.
Job Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative offers complete customer service and support, assisting customers with technical inquiries and processing customer orders promptly and accurately. This position communicates frequently and professionally with customers and internal team members to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
A successful candidate has excellent communication skills, is detail-minded, and works well as part of a team.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Farm, agriculture, hydraulic or equivalent related knowledge
